I have to agree that there are some pretty funny things said there, and I have to agree with Jayro that Dermot Brereton might not be the sharpest tool in the shed..... but damn, but he LOOKS GOOD and that means he can get away with it in my book.

Yes we are dealing with some players who have bought into ' 2 tier' property developments on the advice of their 'manager'.

The losses will be significant and the properties so poor that it is better to cut the losses and run. They only get a few years on the big incomes so a big step back like this will be very hard to overcome especially if their careers are not long.
