Can anyone please tell me of some other great investment forums or chats that i could visit.

I'm unfortunatly on strike at the moment and have lots of time on my hands.

You're on strike and you can afford to invest in property? Mate, you're on your way out of the ratrace already.

Maybe it's a good time to tramp the streets, to find out what the local real estate market is like (if you haven't done already). I'm far too entrencehed in the ratrace to be doing that.
