Franchise Solicitor recomendations for Melbourne

Hi everyone,

I hope I'm posting this in the right area, if not please kindly tell me so.

I'm currently looking at getting involved in another franchised business and am looking for a new Solicitor who understands Franchising, and Trusts.
Wondering if you guys could throw up some recommendations my way.

Also looking for a new accountant, again one with vast franchising experience.

I don't mind if they are small but as long as they know Franchising.

Melbourne location is not an issue. I will travel for someone worthwhile.

I am certain that you will be able to find solicitors and accountants that do specialise in franchises.

If you get stuck I did use the services of Lardners Solicitors in Mt Eliza (Charles White) to in fact develop an agreement when I expanded my business to include franchisees to distribute my products.

Whilst franchising is not his forte it is something he is most certainly aware of. He does know all about trusts and is what I currently use him for at this point in time.

Feel free to contact him directly if you don't get any other recommendations.

In regards to accountants I can most certainly direct you to a guy called Brian Carey in Melton who does get involved with many franchise type businesses.

Thanks for that. Certainly i will check them out.
The accountant in Melton is a lot closer to me, so i will look him up and maybe have a chat to him and see how that goes.
