Frankston South - Please recommend "preferred areas"

I got a property in Mt.Erin, currently tenanted at 5%pa, what is the view on property in Frankston in the next 5yrs? Would the new Penisular Link Freeway be a big bonus for the area? I'm thinking to sell or to keep this property...

Anywhere in the Frankston High School zone is good.

Hello Everyone

I am also interesting on investing on a property in Frankston South, specially because of the Frankston High School zone.
Does somebody know if this zone has been reduced or modified in the last years.

I can see the current zone on their website,

but I am bit concern about the footnote "The neighbourhood zone is subject to change without notice"
