I have a site in Fairfield in brisbane. Has two street frontage. Approved for three single unit dwellings that is keeping the existing qlder house and building two town houses out the back. The house will have street frontage as will the two town houses. An issue has arisen whereby it is going to cost around 50k more to connect water for sud than had been anticipated. May be able to change da to make them MUDs. Estimated end val of town houses early to mid sixers and the house about the same. Does anyone have a view as to the premium freehold title is worth or as to saleability difference? The end market will be young professionals and/or downsizing local baby boomers.
