how do full time property developers fund themselves to survive until projects are completed???????
LOC? it would only take two or three successful projects & you could chuck in your job........once your job is chucked in you would probably be living of equity from new projects/rental???
It's a combination of profits, rent and other income sources for me.
Before going fulltime you need to have a proven record and/or company income via rent so that banks will continue to lend to you once you give up your old job's serviceability.
