Fully leased multiple tenancy complex

    After much thought I have decided to sell my multi tenanted property which is a 2 minute walk to Raymond Terrace Shopping Centre. There are 12 small industrial units all leased.

    This property is never vacant so no more worrying about that white elephant which will remain vacant for many months after your single tenant has left.

    Reason for sale: Death of my husband plus I feel that 40 years as a REA is enough.

    SOLD! Accepted an offer last week, contracts to exchange next week. Got the price I expected.
