Fun ways to get info from tenants

We are getting ready to serve our departed tenants who left our porperty with a lot of damage.The problem was, we didn't know where she moved to. We know where her ex lives, but want to serve her first.

I emailed her and said we have some addressed mail for her.It didn't seem to be junk mail, but rather some form of government mail.
It worked like a charm.
She gave us her address. She lives only a km away or so.

Anyone else do this type of stuff to get the info you need?

tiler did a dodgy job on our bathroom reno. not only did he take the final payment and then just up and leave, he broke the hot water system by tying this dog to the copper pipe and didn't put a plug waste in the bath floor.

change phone numbers, but had signs up everywhere advertising his work.

i never forget when i've been slighted.

a few years later i saw his sign again, new number.

called - want to send hima deposit by cheque thru the post for the work.

he got a bill for the damages in the Beldon property and an order to pay with a PO Box return address.

that was anice way to be re-imbursed $576.
