Someone was having a laugh when they named streets in Woodbine near Campbelltown after Sydney northern beaches (Curl Curl Street,Mona Vale place, Queenscliff Drive, Manly Place, Collaroy Road, Ocean Place, Warriewood Street, Barrenjoey Close, Clareville Close).
I was selling video cassette recorders door to door (for Electronic Sales and Rentals) as a uni job in the early 80's. It was January, about 40 degrees and would rather have been surfing.

Well I live in Blackbutt Street and up the road is a suburb called Wottanobbi
Just off the main street in Queanbeyan is a small laneway called Fallick Lane.
