- Your first home doesn't have to be your dream home.

- Buy for capital growth to provide an equity springboard.

- If you live with your parents, buy an investment and increase your borrowing capacity.

- Buy with family or friends but think ahead to what might happen if someone wants to sell.

Great article! This is what needs to be puiblicised more than all the usual doom and gloom stories on all the popular media. Stop showing the complaining, start showing the solutions.
