Hello, seeing this is my first time online in this forum, after much reading , I am new to this.
I am interested in all types of property investment, as long as they offer great returns.
Does any body, have any experience in investing into motels. They regularly seem to be returning anything from 10%-even upto and over 50%p.a. (I'm not interested in managing, just owning)
If anyone does, do you have any good financial institutions that lend in this area of investment. Or any advice, tips ??
Having no experience myself in this area, but regularly seeing such great returns, I'm EXCITED (like Big Kev)
