if anyone recently has had work done or quotes for a 2 bedroom villa for :

Full paint out.
Carpet.

Maybe provide a bit more detail. ie - 2 bedrooms + lounge, dining, 1x bathroom? kitchen etc...
Which rooms to be carpeted? What is the propery like + current value as this will depend on the type of carpet you'd use.
