Gold Coast private town planner recommendations pls

Can anyone recommend a Gold Coast City private town planner that they have worked with through a small development recently? I am looking at vacant land for a small development and hoping to get a referral. Ideally they will be Gold Coast based and well established.

cant help you with contacts but what do you use the town planner for?? Do they take on designs and project management?? Interested as Im going to uni to complete an engineering degree with the plan to take on my own designs planning etc. Also project mangement works

I'm going to use a private town planner to help initially assess the feasibility of a small development site, i want to get an accurate picture of subdivision costs and council attitude towards what can be developed on a vacant lot i'm looking at purchasing.
