I've just finished reading a good book that I thought I'd share. It's called :
"Make your fortune by 40" by Paul Clitheroe.
A lot of it is made up of stories about people who made the bulk of their wealth by 40 and how they did it. Quite inspiring. it does contain a couple of stories of people who made it big through property, but also stories about businesses, share investors etc. Some nice tips in it about attitude.
