good building and pest inspection company in Brisbane?

could you pls recommend a good building and pest inspection company in Brisbane?

on a more serious note either depreciator or BMT are good firms that our clients have dealt with.

Note both firms offer commissions or referral fee or some other name to accountants and we do not take that up. We have asked both depreciator and BMT to reduce the client fee by any commissions we may receive. So we have financial interest.

Ask your accountant if they receive a commission or incentive fee or whatever you want to call it from the depreciation schedule company. If they do ask for it to rebated against your fee. You are paying your accountant to advise and prepare returns and plan together with you. Not to receive an incentive fee.

Hi Mike,

Just to make it perfectly clear: BMT does not offer any commissions whatsoever. Once upon a time we did but this has not been the case for quite a while now.
