Have bought & sold IP in the past however now in the position to embark on an accumulation of a property portfolio.
I have funds available for use as deposits & my plan is to purchase at least 2, if not 3 IP's in 2010 as well as 1 or 2 properties in a SMSF that I am about to begin setting up.
Am based in Melbourne however am looking to initially buy in Sydney & am presently looking for a good finance broker that has had experience in normal IP lending as well as being well versed in lending to SMSF's.
Your recommendations would be appreciated, please no brokers telling me how good they are - if you are good at what you do you will receive recommendations anyway.
