Good tradies for renovation?

Hi all

recently am thinking about doing some Reno for my investment property, and am wondering whether there is any carpenter, builder, painter, building deck builder people would recommend on gold Coast? I need to repair and possibly rebuild a pergola at rear as the roof seems decayed, putting in some joints for the tiles in the living area, and possibly some kitchen work
