Graffiti Removal

[Truly Exotic]

am looking at a property quite heavily graffiti,

having never graffiti'ed anything except my brothers face when I was a kid, how do I go abouts removing it?

I was thinking about painting over everything, is it a case of just one coat or like painting a non graffitied wall????

there is graffiti on the outside walls,
there is also graffiti on the outside tin fences (was thinking about spraying the entire fence a dark grey)
there is even damn graffiti on the roof!!!! which is also tin

on the inside there is graffiti on the walls which I intend to paint,
the kitchen sink also has graffiti, is there a chemical or a spray that I can spray to remove

the next person who might graffiti the place, I might just give them a paint brush, one colour only, and tell him to graffiti the entire place, it might get me a free paint job

Have some experience in cleaning this stuff off around town and it can
be easy with the right equipment.
Our group uses sosafe products which comes in different strengths, you
can go to there website for utube clips how to remove.

Its not just simple to paint over the graffiti as it will show through if you
have not attempted to remove it first or you use a graffiti barrier paint
first then recoat over.

To clean off brick have found it very effective to use the sosafe blue
which is thick and stays on the walls longer, then paint over with a brush
with another sosafe product called shadow chaser and depending on the
colour graffiti can disappear before your eyes or you will then have to
hit it with a high pressure washer , however have found it does not
work on white porous bricks, the only way to get rid of it on white bricks
is to completely paint over after first using barrier paint..
