Granny Flat on the Central Coast

Looking for opinions and recommendations please.

Can anyone recommend a reputable granny flat builder in the Central Coast? I have done a search on the forums but most builder recs have been in the Sydney region (and most Sydney builders charge travel costs).

For those of you who have granny flats in the CC, could you tell me of your experiences? For example, do you have trouble renting it out, are there any vacancy issues, what sort of things should I look out for?

Might have to google CC granny flats a few come up , Two usually have advertising trailers at Doyalson lights and move around the northern end if your up this way.
