Granny Flat Section

With the popularity of Granny flat investment I was wondering if anyone else thought it was worthy of it's own section. Maybe below Commercial Property. I thin it would be easier to research others experiences if it were all in one section.

Not sure about its own section, but I do agree some sort of sticky post would be pretty useful.

Something to cover the basics like the base rules in each different state - it comes up all the time.

Too many sub forums as it is.

If I had to redo it I would cull:

Adding value - Split it into Renovations and another for Developments (granny flats can go in here)
Property Management - Cover this is property investment other
Innovative techniques - covered in property investment other or Developments
Buying and selling process - covered in property investment other

Property market economics - covered in property investment other

info resources - covered in property investment other
