• Income Limits – To qualify as an eligible purchaser, applicants must meet the following household income limits :
- $59,816 per annum for the first adult;
- $21,754 per annum for each additional adult;
- $18,863 per annum for each child.

Applicants are required to submit supporting documentation to verify that household income does not exceed these limits.
