Group Title Investment

I'm doing some research on commercial properties and have come across one in Queensland that is on a Group Title. What is a Group Title? Is this something to avoid - will it be difficult to finance etc? Any input appreciated. Regards Jason.

Thanks Vaughan, that link is helpful. I did a google search but came up with a lot of mumbo jumbo.
