Has anyone dealt with Guardian Property & Asset Management Werribee? Are they any good?

One of our Property Managers came from Guardian in our area.

I wouldn't use them (based on stories from a past employee), however that may only apply to that particular office.

I would strongly suggest that you ask for a comprehensive list of the fees payable during a normal tenancy, and then compare that to other property management firms in the area.
