The movement does not do much fund raising so if you know someone in the movement buy a packet. They are quite tasty.

Another fund-raiser is they collect corks for recycling so if you enjoy your wine, save the corks.

It's years since I've had a bottle of wine with a cork in it, Sunshine. You must drink more expensive wine than me.
They're a good outfit, the Guides. My nine year old goes to them.

I must be a cheap skate, only drink clean skins which usually are screw tops. How on earth do you recycle corks? For more wine bottles?

Know anywhere that you can get them if you don't know someone in the movement? I remember selling those as a kid - yum! (although I've got to say the US girl guide cookies are amazing too - would love to get their range over here)

ooooo - i used to eat them by nibbling off the rim, then munching carefully into the biscut around the clover leaf pattern, the finally eating the whole biscuit.

haven't had one for around 25+ years now - but like riding a bike.

They use them to make noticeboards I believe.
