I am going through the process of building for the first term as a learning experience.
So far, it has gone relatively smoothly aside from a minor hiccup or two and I am now at the handover stage.
My punch list consists of what's on the build contract specs and selections list.
Will test every light fitting and powerpoint.
run the baths and showers looking for leaks, hot water not coming through, lack of water pressure
need to keep an eye on the drains and make sure they're not blocked
make sure I have the manuals for the oven, retic system, etc
What else should I be looking for?
