    The last official hanging was February 3, 1967 at Pentridge Prison in Melbourne. Why is it such an issue now?

    I have a cute female neighbour who dries her washing on her balcony, and often walks around in only her underwear. I sure hope they don't enforce the no drying on the balcony rule, or she buys a second set of underwear.

    Could it be Fully is enquiring about NSW Strata balconies?
    Units were often issued with Dryers, so they didn't have to hang washing on the balconies pre energy crisis?
