As most of you know, I am undertaking "Due Diligence" on a number of marketing/seminar companies, and those on the mailing list have received their first report.

I am just completing my reports on Harvard Securities and The Investors Club, and was wondering if anyone had experiences - either good or bad, they would like to share with me privately.

I am not asking you to post anything on the forum, as this would be dangerous, but if you wanted to email me your experiences, I will be able to provide a more balanced view in my report. Confidentiality assured!

Thanks in advance for your contribution.

Harvard prey on the inexperienced investor, by selling them overpriced properties with little potential for capital growth. They refer you to advisers who rip you off. They manage your property at inflated prices 10% of rent, plus other fees like advertising, a mediocre ad in the newspaper which would cost very little.

Get them!!
