I got invited to see one of their built grannyflat in Seven Hills.
I am very impressed with the built quality.
The builder told me that the owner ask them to renovate the house at front + build a granny flat at the back.
I was told by the builder that
house bought = 450k
reno of house = 35k
granny flat = 105k
Total = 590k
Expected valuation = 750k
Equity gain = 150k in 3 months!!
Has anyone dealt/used this builder before?
