Hi there,

I have a property in Annandale that is managed by Just Rent Sydney and i have to say they are fantastic! They actually won property manager of the year last weekend (REINSW).
They are a specialist property management agency like what you are after, however i do not think that they go out as far as roselands, more based in the inner west area. You can always try though.

Is anyone able to offer any further comments (good or bad) or recommendations for PM's who service the Roselands area in NSW? Being based in WA I would really appreciate the feedback of local investors, as I am flying blind somewhat having taken the plunge to buy interstate. It's a great idea isn't it? But hard when you are not 'on the ground' to interview people and get a feel for their level of expertise.

Anyone out there able to offer feedback on this company? I have spoken with them and was very impressed. However...(always a catch) their fees are quite high (9% + GST for full service). It does appear however to be a very polished operation and I'm just wondering if anyone can attest to whether the quality of service matches the hype and justifies the high fees? Private messages also welcome.
