YES!
Sydney, George Street Dymocks - upstairs. Behind the counter to the left.

I got mine yesterday. I've already bought all the others and I thought this was merely a rehash for the uninitiated but it does contain plenty of new stuff to keep you going.

That's not a favour... they don't get tallied sales that way.
How they gonna reach the best seller's list if we buy straight from the
site?

You're right, but 100% of the sale price will go to Jan (less costs of course) rather than less than 50% (less greater costs to come out of that).

And do you really think that an IP book will ever get on the best seller list?

I just finished reading Jans book,
I loved it!
I especially liked the way she has defined different styles of buying property,
Considering the amount of material I read per day, unless its riveting stuff, I WILL nod off to sleep, I read Jans book in two sittings, bright eyed and wide awake, it certainly contained enough "ooompff" to make me want to keep reading, well done and thankyou Jan!

Hi T.W.

I am about half way through the new book. (Read it between nappy changes)

Certainly worth reading if starting up or you just need another shot of enthusiasm & motivation and a proof that what you are doing is right. (Easy read and packed with info).

Next I will re-read "Story by Story".

Then a good Motivation book over X/mas holidays. (Although every day is a holiday)

Any good suggestions for a quick read motivational book??

Regards

Gee Cee

P.S. Then look out 2001 !!!!!

Hi Gee Cee

We know you just like rereading the part that is about you in Story By Story. So that will only take 5 mins tops, it's only 3 pages long after all....

hahaha.

Hi Gee Cee,

Have read Jan's book and the content is great.

As for a light/easy motivational read I recommend Peter Spann's book "Wealth Magic" Harper Collins Publishers October 2001. At $19.95 its cheap and good for an uplift - reads a bit like a Rich dad Poor dad but much more personal and Australian. It gives an overview of his property acquisition strategy and discusses shares in ultra brief too.

Like his style or not, he is a genuine Australian success story with much of his wealth coming from property.

And for Jeremy L ;^) it gives the how, when, where and approximate quantity of his net worth.
