HDT distribution to Discretionary Beneficiaries

Has anyone received a ruling or passed an audit of a HDT that made a distribution to the discretionary beneficiaries?

I haven't received a ruling Julia, but do you refer to the issuing of income to discretionary beneficiaries while special income units are issued, or after special income units have been redeemed (in the same year they are redeemed, or later ones)?
