Does anyone here invest or live in Heidelberg Heights/West?
Expiriences? It's only 10km N/E of Melbourne city. Surrounded by good suburbs. Is their gentrification going on here? I see it's not that cheap anymore. How much is privately owned? Still much Gov Housing?

Lotsa comm houses. Been looking there alot.

expect 320+ for a nice block with a 3/2 ontop.

even places right next door to flats are selling 360+ after being listed at 280.

soon it will be up around the 440 mark of the surrounding subs

If you can get in there id say its worth a good look.
