Help how can I get a loan with no income stream

How do I go about getting a loan, I have regular income, as I'm a property investor who wants to leave work, but then I won't have a regular income how would I go about getting a loan with this scenario.
PLEASE HELP ME I Desperately want to leave my JOB!

Hi Anon

Get a loan structure in place b4 you hang up your boots, or

use a no doc type product, plenty around
