Could some of you simply explain the terms "WRAP" , "FLIP" and "Onselling" and the core advantages, tax issues and risks associated with each.

Wow, Archive (it's searchable ) contains some great stuff, some of it exactly what I wanted... but other stuff that I didn't even think about, mind opening!!!
