Hi Everyone,

Does anybody know any good Solicitor, Accountant and/or Financial Planner in Melbourne.
They must have experience in property investments.

On another issue, HOW DO YOU FIND A GOOD PROPERTY MANAGER?
I'm sick and tired of them not returning my calls for days sometimes weeks.

If you have any suggestions please help.

I live in the Nth Suburbs but have IP's in the Bayside suburbs.
So contacts in and around these suburbs would be much appreciated.

Being active in the Melbourne property market I can gve you the name of a good property lawyer and accountant.
I even know of a financial planner who understands property. Now that's rare!!
I obviously can't publish there names here, but I'd be happy to help you. Please email me. There are even a few property managers I would recommend.
