Hi,

I graduated from the Sydney 3.5 day seminar in October 2000. I have been doing quite a bit of research since this time and am about to close a deal for my first property using his strategies.

I have had quite a bit of contact with the people from Investment Source since the seminar and I can see that the real value in these strategies come into play when you are operating within a syndicate that gives you better buying power - I'm talking about taking out developments pre marketing at 10-20% below market.

If anyone is interested in getting involved, please send me an email. At this point, I'm only interested in graduates from the HK seminar.

I'm not a graduate but I have attended the first seminar. If you are interested joining a syndicate of 78 people (and growing every day) who always purchase up to 10-18% of valuation let me know.
