Herron Todd White - June 2013 Month in Review

From across my Inbox....

Dear Reader

2013 is nearing the half way mark and has proven eventful with mostly good news in the markets. While there had been a continued lack of confidence since the GFC, this year is shaping up as one of quiet strengthening with the recent interest rate fall helping things along. Data from around the nation is pointing towards better clearance rates for capital city auctions and there are reports the fall in the Australian dollar is stimulating demand from expats and overseas investors in some sectors. Most informed observers are predicting conservative growth and it will be interesting to see how property performs between now and the middle of next year.

This month’s issue of Month In Review gives a rundown of the average buyer and the median market sector from locations throughout the nation and should stimulate plenty of interest among readers.
