Horsham Vic?

Living in Sydney so I know little about Victoria property market.

I have done a little research on the internet but would like some advice on good/bad areas etc.

Horsham has a low entry cost and fairly good rental return and low vacancy rate.

Would like more info on area from someone on the ground

Hi Collector

If you use the 'search' facility in the top menu bar you will come up with lots of posts and information about Horsham

Have a read through and a click through and then if you want to know more ask again

There have been some Horsham posts recently, it gets to be a bit of a rehash as there is only so much information to share and it gets to be the same information shared in each post

I have 3 investment properties up there. Plus we are doing a 4 unit construction currently.

Pros:
Cheap entry point
10% plus yields achievable
Safe community
Growing township
Satellite town for the grampians
Traffic from melbourne - adelaide route

Cons:
Reliant on agriculture output
None others i can think of....
