Joe,

Ummm..for you to have this house removed, will probably cost you about 6K, and thats if there is no asbestos in the house.

so like.....if somebody takes it away for you for free, and leaves the land clear and clean, you should be happy, unless its a timeless beauty that has a certain 'something' about it.

If not, try selling it of in pieces, some renovators would love an authentic door or window frame.
