Confusing add, that one. Why does it say $299K in the headline & $339K further down. If I was buying I would be looking at the $299K figure.

I've been so busy with work, that I haven't even taken the time to look at the online ad, Skater. It would indeed be confusing. Right now it probably doesn't matter since it is under contract.
