My offer for a house in Bellbird park is just accepted. the house is in a good street, 3 bed, 1 bathroom, brick on a concrete slab. I was able to finalize it on 235K. it sits on 770 SQM land. rent estimate is 300 / wk.
The house in a fair condition, can be rented straight away. Is this a good buy?. I am planning to buy and hold.
The reason I am asking is that I found couple of reviews today about Ipswich new land release for the next 10 years, which people are saying it will impact the growth. also I am looking at Billbird park, and the bigger homes are being subdivided into 6 lots each. prices for the house and land packages starting from 380K's.
I searched the area after detailed analysis, however I am a bit confused now, what do you guys think.
