I have a house to be removed in St Lucia, Brisbane and vacate the land for new houses.

3 beds
Tin roof
Post 46 Constructions
Fair condition

Any suggestions??

Options so far:

Someone comes along and remove it for me

Move to a vacant block near Brisbane and sell the block with the house.

Demolishing is my last resort.

I open to any ideas and recommendations for good removal companies.

Easy way is just put a 2 line add in the tenders-quotes-CourierMail Classifieds and depending if they have to split the house and take the roof off to get under the power lines in your area,they range in price from nothing up too 75k..imho..

Thanks all, I've contacted a few buy house companies and waiting for them to come back to me.

Where can I find a not so expensive land close to Brisbane so that I can move the house there? Then sell as a whole package.
