Hi All,
We've recently moved into our PPOR and have noticed (the tenants too) that there's broken plaster (cal bungalow circa 1930) and some cracks and doors that swing away from the central hallway.
Biggest crack is 1.5m long in the corner of the house and multiple examples of cracked plaster (some patched). The house has been restumped at some point with concrete stumps (as building report noted). As there are newer stumps, would it be reasonable to assume that only levelling needs to occur?
Also, any recommendations for restumpers (or other specialist who could make a judgement on this) in Melbourne's north (house is in coburg)?
Thanks,
Cam.
