I am looking at buying a house in Sydney to move in with my partner. My budget is around $650-$750K and at least 2 decent sized bedrooms (preferably 3) with parking. Something livable and I don't mind chipping in a bit to renovate (e.g. Kitchen, Bathroom..etc)
The problem is I am working in Eastern Suburb and my partner is working near Parramatta. I want to look for something in between. Been looking at Balmain, Lilyfield, Annadale area but this budget isn't getting me anything decent.
I also want to look for areas that have value growth opportunities.
Are there any suggestions?
