I have just been through an enquiry with these people and would comment as follows.
On the properties they showed me, poor rental returns therefore property overpriced my guess would be between $20k to $40k compared with other local builders.
Depreciation for fixtures and fittings has been incorrectly calculated and is still wrong on their website as of todays date.
