Mum and Dad have been working this one up for a few years via the Port Macquarie council (in the middle of it, the council was sacked and they had to effectively start again ...). Anyway, it is now rezoned and as they are looking to sell the parcel for development and are now hearing Rural Residential has become soft over the last couple of years. Anyone got any advice, stories, facts, statistics on hand? Would they be better off waiting for a while?
