Thanks for the heads up. I was posting this mostly for the fun of it - I'm playing with the new features.

I set up the poll after a 60 second brainstorm of the categories. The intention of 'buy and hold, positivly geared' is that your main strategy is to do a buy and hold, but make sure the property is positivly geared or positive cashflow from the day you put tenants in it.

Like I said, this poll isn't for any purpose, it's just a bit of fun. :)
