How long for PM to 'get back to you'

Just wondering how long you wait for your PM to either return your calls or emails?

(This is an inner city location.)

Depends on the situation.. but usually I leave a voice message and get a call within 1-2 days.

depends on the Property manager I remember a couple of months ago you were trying to get hold of Rental express you still waiting?

Thanks for the feedback HTO, Y-Man & Russell.

It is Brisbane, so I'm cutting them some slack at the moment, I can't begin to imagine how awful it must be up there for everyone trying to get back to normal.

My email did ask first how busy they were dealing with the floods. I then asked if they could give me a rough estimate of when they think I may be able to get my tiny jobs done.

Maybe I just got used to the fabulous service I got from my old PM there. It has only been 3 days . Old PM used to get back to me on the day I emailed or the next day.

PS Russell - hope I don't get googled again by Jason from Rental Express...he'll think I'm a troublesome one!

Just thought I'd do the right thing & update: got a call from my PM just now
