Basically at max with both westpac and commonwealth, will use the next bank in my broker's strategy/path for the next buy.

Just finished consolidating a bunch of loans, so currently Macbank, AMP, Bankwest, Homeside, so 4 in total.

Maybe 5 soon...

The less the better for me as I like to keep it simple, but we are up to 6 now.
They went approximately in this order, with a few refinances/switches in between:

Homeside - PPOR
Suncorp
CBA
ANZ
AMP
Macquarie

Currently at 3 banks. CBA/ANZ/homeside. Pretty certain I've now maxed them out.

First loan was with homeside, by a broker who didn't really care about lending order. A little unfortunate as it means I don't have them for later, but I'm not overly concerned.

Westpac
Amp Bank
Homeloans Ltd for Bendigo/Adelaide loans
CBA

Have refinanced away from a couple others in the past in order to move forward.

How did bankwest get on your radar?

Mortgage broker. Are you referring to the fact that I live on the east coast? BW are actually quite popular here. They went crazy with marketing a few years back, I remember they had banners and stuff everywhere at Westfield etc.

BOQ
CBA
NAB/Homeside
AMP

Used to have all loans all crossed at BOQ. Rolf weaved some magic to get me untangled at minimal ($1xx,xxx  ) cost!
