How many suburbs is too many to focus on?

Is 5 too many?

How many do you focus on when researching and buying?

Depends how much time and effort you are prepared to dedicate towards your research/due diligence. Once you get to know a suburb, you'll be able to assess a listing very quickly so it gets easier to learn more suburbs, especially nearby ones.

I started with about 6 to 10 suburbs, but now I pretty much check the listings for most of Perth and WA.
